They are based in Newark, New Jersey and members of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference in the National Hockey League. The Devils play their home games at the Prudential Centre, which opened for the 2007-2008 season. Before that, they played at the Continental Airlines Arena, now the Izod Center. They have rivalries with the New York Rangers and the Philadelphia Flyers. It is interesting to know that the Devils or the Flyers have won the Atlantic Division title every season between 1995 and 2007.
